It has 5 Bedrooms plus Convertible beds, 5 Baths and Sleeps 16. Upscale amenities include: golf cart, elevator, game room/bed room, DVD player with surround sound, Play Station 2, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, fireplace and wetbar. Views of the gulf from 2 sides of the house. Beach access is very close (about 120 steps from front door). Community pools, hot tubs, tennis, fitness, putting green and children's playground. The name of the house is "Bon Bini" which means welcome. You will feel welcome in this dream of a house.

Bedroom configurations:  2 Kings, 2 Queens, 6 Singles, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.  Four of the bed rooms have their own master bath and all five have a balcony.

Terms: 35% deposit with balance 30 days before check-in. $800 damage deposit 30 days before check-in. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. No Pets and no smoking in house.  Smoking on decks is allowed.

Golf Cart - Guests are welcome to use the golf cart. The cart can only be driven by licensed drivers 16 years of age. The cart must only be driven within Destiny by the Sea and Destiny East.
Stereo and DVD Player - Located in the entertainment center on the 2nd floor and master bedroom on 3rd. floor
Televisions - 32 inch in entertainment center. 27 inch TV?s in all bedrooms
Play Station 2/DVD and VCR - Located in the 3rd floor game/bedroom. Games can be rented at the Blockbuster Video.
Games - There are numerous games like Monopoly located on the entertainment center shelves on 2nd floor.
Telephones - Located in all King and Queen bedrooms and kitchen. The number is 850-650-9740. There is no direct dial long distance service. Please use a calling card for your long distance calls.
Answering Machine - Located at the kitchen desk. Please feel free to record your own message.
Washer and Dryer - Located in the laundry room on 1st floor.
Towels and Sheets are provided
Clothes Rack- Located in laundry room on 1st floor.
Iron & Ironing Board - Located in the 2nd floor hall closet.
Full length Mirrors - Located in all King and Queen bathrooms.
